
Our Youth Athletic Development class is designed for teenagers looking to build strength, confidence, and sound movement skills. It’s ideal for young athletes wanting to enhance performance in their chosen sport, as well as teens new to the gym who want to learn correct technique in a supportive environment. Participants can join on an ongoing basis or complete a structured 6–8 week block before transitioning to independent training.
Classes are planned for Wednesday afternoons after school and are capped at three participants to ensure close supervision and individualised coaching. Sessions are led by physiotherapist Pat, who has a strong interest in youth development and experience across gym-based and elite sporting environments.
This program is not designed for injury rehabilitation; participants should be free from significant injuries requiring ongoing management.
