Tia Shaw

Tia graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2024, beginning my career with six months at 3D Physio in Bendigo. I’m now excited to be working locally at SP&AR, sharing my time across both clinics.

Alongside my clinic work, I’m the primary carer for the Bendigo Strikers in the Victorian Netball League. This role has provided valuable hands-on experience in managing acute injuries during high-level training and competition, while deepening my understanding of the physical demands of sport and effective injury prevention strategies.

I’m passionate about helping people achieve their health and wellbeing goals — whether that’s returning to sport, managing a long-term condition, or simply improving day-to-day function. My approach is collaborative and personalised, with a focus on understanding your unique needs and supporting you every step of the way.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me around the netball court — umpiring, coaching, playing, or cheering from the sidelines. I also love spending time with family and friends, and heading out for long walks.
