In the past decade, Megan has focused her professional development on women’s health. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Continence and Pelvic Health from Curtin University and is passionate about supporting people with pelvic floor dysfunction, continence concerns, pre & post natal care and pelvic health/women's health conditions across the lifespan.
Alongside her clinical practice, Megan has been teaching Pilates for over 25 years. She integrates Pilates principles and exercises into her rehabilitation programmes, combining evidence-based physiotherapy with functional movement training to optimise recovery and long-term outcomes.
Her treatment philosophy centres on empowering clients through education, tailored exercise, and strategies that restore confidence and quality of life.
